Hi, I’m Sharon! At DoulaDiligence, we support families through pregnancy as they prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum to create the empowered birthing experience they desire. Whether you’re planning a home water birth, a vaginal delivery, or a planned cesarean, we’re here to guide you through the birth you long for. Our care doesn’t stop once your baby arrives, we provide compassionate postpartum support and professional lactation guidance to help you recover, nourish, and thrive in the months after birth.

What is a doula

Doula, originating from the Greek word meaning “servant” or “caregiver”, is a trained and experienced labor companion. My role involves offering continuous emotional and physical support to clients and their partners during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. As a doula, it is both an honor and a privilege to provide evidenced-based information and assistance to women and their families at such a crucial time in their lives.
